Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tastan Filmproduktion, owner Senol Tastan, 5242 Birr, Switzerland, email: info@studionord.one) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. AI-generated images, videos, text) once we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

We obtain this consent when you purchase credit packages and single images before first use. With the first AI generation after purchase, performance of the contract begins and the right of withdrawal for consumed credits expires.

Withdrawal on Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions (Pro, Agency, Enterprise), the withdrawal period also applies from the conclusion of the contract. After exercising the right of withdrawal within the period, and provided no credits have been used, we will refund the full subscription amount. If credits have already been used, the pro-rata value will be deducted.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time to the end of the current billing period. Details can be found in our Terms of Service.
